They have been my mechanics since I found them about 9- 10 years ago. They do outstanding custom exhaust and when they give me a price for anything they stick to it! Once you find a mechanic you trust...don't ever go anywhere else! Oh, they also have a machine shop in house. Had several heads decked and cleaned there when I have done head gasket on several vehicles.

Tom and Tim are excellent mechanics and fair in their business. They also will always tell you straight and try to bend over backwards to help you when you’re in a fix. I usually drop my car off and it’s always done when I get off from work. I trust them and recommend them even though they’re busy enough as it is (another good sign).

Called very last minute to see if they could help me change my headlight bulb, I'm from new york and didnt want to get pulled over. Not only did they fit me in today but they made sure they had it before making me wait there for it. They were super nice and friendly and was in it out. Highly recommend!

Been here a couple times now. Always have felt like I was charged a fair price and that they explained clearly what they were doing. I'm sure there are other great mechanics in town, but I don't feel any need to search for them. I'm more than happy with Gilbert's.

Noah at the detail place and his crew made my absolutely filthy car inside and out made my car look brand new! I highly recommend their services. Their prices are competitive and Noah's customer service in a world hard to find it, I rate him A+!

We moved to the area about 5 years ago. It's hard to find someone to work on your vehicles that you can actually trust. We chose this garage to give it a shot and they surpassed all of our expectations. They are upfront, honest, and you can trust your vehicle had top notch service. There were two occasions that really made me become a dedicated customer. First was this shop saved us money when we first came for a second opinion. They took my husband to the back and showed him the car on the lift and what would need to be fixed versus what the previous garage told us needed to be replaced. The second occasion was when I needed my tired replaced even though I was broke down 35 miles away. They kept the garage open a little later to help me. The guys in this shop are awesome and I would recommend them to anyone.

Been going to these guys regularly for over 10 years. They know what they’re doing! Great communication & very honest pricing… this is THE place to go. Total opposite experience from going to a dealership for repairs. And they work fast. I proudly recommend them to anyone, you will save a lot of money and get far better work done. Gilbert’s is the best! Honest hardworking guys I can’t thank them enough.

Take my car here every year for inspection. Really great people to talk with, as a woman, I never know if a mechanic is being honest with me, here, they take time to explain, even show me what, if any parts/repairs are needed. I trust them completely!

Traveling from out of state and broke down on the turn pike. Google Gilbert's and called them, spoke to Tim, and explained the problem. He said they had time to fix it the following day. Had it towed to the shop after hours and left the keys in the dropbox. Tim called the next day and told me the problem and a rough price. The price was reasonable (alternator, battery, and labor) but a little more than I wanted to pay. Being out of state and broken down, not many options. Tim was very polite and explained the issues. He also asked if I wanted my oil changed while I was there. I would recommend to someone local or if you are in a situation where you need a mechanic. It was easy to get to, large parking lot to drop off a vehicle.
